Thats a screenshot from the LMFAO video for the Party Rock Anthem. Amazingly that came out in 2011, yet it feels like only yesterday. They don't make them like this anymore as everyone is too busy trying to be cool and singing about being in the cluuuuuuuurrrrrrrrb.
